2024/25 season ticket and matchday ticket deals

With preparations ahead of the new campaign continuing to gather pace, Torquay United are delighted to be able to confirm ticket deals for 2024/25.

With a new board, new manager and a host of new players – with more to follow – all gearing up for the new season, we look forward to welcoming our beloved Yellow Army to Plainmoor for what it is an exciting new era for TUFC.

The loyalty shown by our amazing supporters helped guide the club through one of the most traumatic seasons in United’s 125-year history and with the Bryn Consortium securing the future of Torquay United following the completion of their takeover, we hope that fans now can look forward. into the upcoming season with renewed optimism and pride once again.

For Torquay United to thrive on and off the pitch, it is important that the club maintains a progressive and ambitious outlook while ensuring that it strives to become fully sustainable.

However, we also fully appreciate the commitment shown by supporters in purchasing a season ticket and after listening to the feedback received via our online survey, we are now able to publish our price structure for 2024/25, which we believe offers something for Seagulls Fans of all ages!

We are pleased to announce that all season ticket prices for the upcoming season have been frozen. While our club is committed to providing Paul Wotton with the best possible playing budget to make next season a successful and enjoyable one, we also recognize the need to acknowledge your continued support, our fantastic fan base.

In addition to our established season ticket packages, we have also introduced a number of new initiatives to address the feedback received.

• Torquay United will also be showing its support for our Armed Forces, including servicemen and women in our concession fare category.
• Supporters using our designated wheelchair stands will also be entitled to concessionary season tickets – £250 Early Bird / £260 Standard (Adults) or £80 Early Bird / £90 Standard Fare (Under 18s)

As well as securing your place at Plainmoor for 2024/25 and making significant savings on individual matchday tickets, season ticket holders will also be able to take advantage of the following additional benefits:

• 10% discount in the Club Shop
• Priority access to cup games
• Priority access to away matches (where applicable)
• All under 12s who buy a season ticket will be entered into a draw to win the chance to be the mascot at the opening home game of the 2024/25 season
• ‘Yellow Army Shirt’ – The number 99 shirt will be reserved for season ticket holders. This is listed on the matchday program and club website, and at the end of the season, a season ticket holder will be chosen at random and presented with the shirt
• Discount on venue room hire prices – Benefit from a discount on any venue hire (room charge only) when you book an event with us. Terms & Conditions apply

Get even more savings during our Early Bird window!

Season Tickets offer significant discounts on individual match tickets and you can save even more when you buy Season Tickets during our Early Bird window.

Our Early Bird discount window runs for two weeks – from 9am on Friday 14 June to midnight on Friday 28 June, with renewing season ticket holders provided with exclusive access for the first week.

2023/24 season ticket holders will be given priority access to renew their tickets and reserve their seats for 2024/25 during our renewal period, which runs from 9am on Friday 14 June until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 21. Supporters will be able to purchase their tickets online, over the phone and also in person via our Main Club Reception in Plainmoor during this period – please see opening times below.

Then, once our renewal window has expired at 5pm on Friday 21 June, Season Tickets will go on general sale an hour later at 6pm, giving all supporters the opportunity to to purchase their spaces for 2024/25 at Early Bird prices.

General season ticket sales will go on sale online at 6pm on Friday 21 June, before becoming available over the phone and via our main clubhouse reception in Plainmoor at 10am on Monday June 24. Early Bird prices will then remain available until midnight on Friday 28 June, at which point standard prices will come into effect.

2024/25 season ticket prices

Family season tickets

Family Season Tickets are available for £475 (Early Bird) £575 (Standard Fare) and are available in the following combinations:

• 2 adults + 2 under 12 years old

• 1 adult + 1 concession + 2 under 12 years old

• 2 Concessions + 2 U-12

Please note that these group tickets are only available at the JMV family stand and availability is limited.

Individual match ticket prices 2024/25

For 2024/25, we will also freeze our individual match ticket prices and after listening to feedback received from the Yellow Army, there will also be no additional charge for tickets purchased on the day of the game.

In short, whether you buy your ticket in advance, or on a matchday, you’ll pay the same price.

Note:

1. The over 65 concession applies to supporters over 65 on 1 July 2024.
2. The student concession fee applies to holders of a valid NUS card on 1 July 2024.
3. Proof of entitlement is required for those claiming concessionary rates for members of the armed forces.
4. Under 12 and Under 8 Season Tickets are only available when purchased with an Adult / Concession Season Ticket.
5. Children under 14 MUST be accompanied by a paying adult
6. There will be no charge for small children under 3 years of age occupying the same seat as an adult

How to buy your season ticket

Existing season ticket holders will be sent an email inviting them to activate their ticket account within the next 24 hours. Please check the details held on your account and update where necessary. Once you have activated your account, you will see your season tickets reserved for you in the “Reserved Items” section. These will be available for you to purchase from 9am on Friday 14th June.

Season tickets will be available to buy online 24/7 via our new dedicated ticket website, while supporters will also be able to buy over the phone on 01803 328666 between 10am-2pm :00 Monday – Friday.

Those wishing to book season tickets in person will be able to do so from our main Club Reception at Plainmoor between the opening times listed above during the Early Bird Discount period and then during our normal opening hours opening of the Club Shop from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday after that.

Any season ticket renewal holders wishing to change their place for 2024/25 are advised to contact the club on 01803 328666 (Mon-Fri 10am-2pm) or visit or the club’s main reception during opening hours listed above so we can fix this. for you.

Any season ticket renewal holders wishing to purchase additional seats for their family and friends are advised to renew their seat as usual and then purchase the new seats when the General Sale window opens at 6pm on Friday, June 21. If you encounter any difficulties in purchasing seats together then please contact the club.
